THE HARVEY BROWN LINE

I heard of a shop in the English countryside that still hand crafts stunning bench-made upholstered pieces, so I flew over and spent the day with Gary, the owner, and his small yet wonderfully talented staff. That night, after having a great meal at the local pub, Gary and I put together a small furniture line that will be available exclusively through Keith Foster Outpost.

The selections will include The Paris Club Chair and Ottoman, The Campaign Sofa, and The Essex Ottoman – many showcasing one-of-a-kind vintage textiles.

Each piece is made by hand, starting with a European beech wood frame and full-hide Italian leather that is hand wrapped onto the upholstered frame, and then meticulously hand stained and finished. Bolsters and decorative cushions that can be custom-designed, working from a wide array of rare handmade textiles offered by Keith Foster Outpost, add a great finishing touch.
