Within the tribal and nomadic cultures, what one desired was either self made or bartered for in a system where money had no value. All of the Keith Foster Outpost tribal textiles and objects were each handcrafted for personal use.

So much of what surrounds us today is mass produced and strictly made for commercial purposes. I have found that objects that had a rich and meaningful life before allow us to more greatly appreciate the wonderfully creative and diverse world in which we live.
